2025 Czech MotoGP LIVE UPDATES

The Czech MotoGP race is set to get underway at 14:00 local time at the Automotodrom Brno, which is hosting its first MotoGP race since 2020.

Brad Binder won then, but he starts 19th today. He had a strong recovery in the Sprint to finish 10th, but that still scored him no points.

It was a decent day for KTM in general, though, with Pol Espargaro ninth as he replaces the injured Maverick Vinales; Enea Bastianini on the podium for the first time as a KTM rider; and Pedro Acosta finishing second for his first podium of the season.

It was, as usual, Marc Marquez doing the winning despite tyre pressure concerns that saw him voluntarily give up the lead in the middle of the race.

He starts second today behind Francesco Bagnaia, who thought he had the same tyre pressure issues as Marquez and dropped to seventh in the Sprint but in actuality he just had an incorrect pressure warning from his bike.

Second-placed rider in the championship Alex Marquez will be after a better day today than yesterday after he qualified eighth and finished 17th after a complicated start.
